Amavasya & Purnima Offerings

Amavasya and Purnima are two important lunar phases in Hindu astrology and spirituality. Amavasya refers to the new moon, while Purnima refers to the full moon. Both days are considered significant and associated with specific spiritual practices and rituals. On these two days, one can have the rare privilege and honor of personally making an offering of ksheera (milk) or jala(water) upon the shiva lingam. Ksheera is offered from 6am to 12:00pm and jala from 06:00pm to 08:00pm.
